Michigan Court Issues Order, Says It's Looking Into Inactive Asbestos Docket

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Supreme Court has entered an order indicating that it is willing to entertain the recent proposal to create a statewide inactive docket for asbestos claims filed by those who are not yet impaired as a result of their exposure.
