LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Supreme Court has entered an order indicating that it is willing to entertain the recent proposal to create a statewide inactive docket for asbestos claims filed by those who are not yet impaired as a result of their exposure. In Re Petition for Administrative Order or Court Rule Establishing Inactive Asbestos Docketing System, No. 124213 (Mich. Sup. Ct.).
