Groups Petition for Creation of Michigan Inactive Asbestos Docket

LANSING, Mich. - A group headed by business associations and public policy interests has petitioned the Michigan Supreme Court urging it to adopt a statewide inactive docket for the administration of asbestos cases. In Re: Petition for an Administrative Order, No. 124213 (Mich. Sup. Ct.).
