PHILADELPHIA - A trial court erred when it awarded summary judgment to manufacturers of an asbestos-containing roofing cement that allegedly caused the mesothelioma of a part-time roofer who used the product on about 300 occasions, a state appeals court has determined. Urbanski v. AC&S Corp., et al., No. 3472 EDA 2002 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
