Jury Finds Installer Not Liable for Carpenter's Mesothelioma

NEW YORK - A company that installed asbestos-containing insulation during construction of a nuclear power plant is not liable for the asbestos exposure and subsequent death of a carpenter who also worked on the project, a state court jury has determined. O'Reilly v. Robert A. Keasbey Co., No. 103255/02 (New York Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
