Appeals Court Finds CCR Members Jointly and Severally Liable for $120 Million Settlement

CLEVELAND - Members of the Center for Claims Resolution are jointly and severally liable for a $120 million settlement agreement they entered into with 15,000 Ohio asbestos plaintiffs, but which the consortium failed to completely honor over the past several years, a state appeals court has held.
