SAN FRANCISCO - Whether a company's asbestos-containing adhesives were present at an Arizona aerospace machine shop and were responsible for a worker's mesothelioma is a question for the jury, even where the plaintiff and three of his co-workers were unable to identify the product as being on the premises, a California appeals court has ruled. Wright v. Dexter Corp., No. A100716 (Calif. Ct. App., First Dist.).
