Court Denies Petition to Review California Asbestos Joint Liability Ruling




SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court has denied review of a Court of Appeal decision that rejected plaintiff's attempts asbestos cases to assign liability to a defendant under a theory of civil conspiracy involving several defendants who for years allegedly hid the harmful nature of their products.
