Ohio Jury Returns Verdict for Defendants in Railroad Exposure Case

CLEVELAND - A jury has found for two defendants in a consolidated Ohio railroad asbestos case involving three workers who alleged that they developed asbestosis and silicosis as a result of their exposures. Jarvis, et al. v. Consolidated Rail Corp., et al., No. 417083, 417084, 420685 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
