90-Year-Old Michigan Man's Mesothelioma Lawsuit Doesn't Belong in California

LOS ANGELES - A California asbestos lawsuit filed by a 90-year-old man who worked for two years in the state should be filed in Michigan, where the plaintiff resides and has spent the bulk of his life, a state appeals court has ruled.
