LOS ANGELES - A California asbestos lawsuit filed by a 90-year-old man who worked for two years in the state should be filed in Michigan, where the plaintiff resides and has spent the bulk of his life, a state appeals court has ruled. Budgery, et al. v. Lorillard Tobacco Company, et al., No. B161552 (Calif. Ct. App., Second Dist.).
