PHILADELPHIA - For the second time in nearly a month, the Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld a trial court's order enforcing settlement against GAF Corp. after the defendant refused to pay its share as it was negotiated by the Center for Claims Resolution. Alston v. Armstrong World Industries, et al., No. 2786 EDA 2000 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
