Appeals Court Upholds Enforcement of GAF Settlement Allocation

PHILADELPHIA - For the second time in nearly a month, the Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld a trial court's order enforcing settlement against GAF Corp. after the defendant refused to pay its share as it was negotiated by the Center for Claims Resolution.
