WILMINGTON, Del. –– A magistrate judge has recommended that summary judgment be awarded to several defendants involved in an asbestos personal injury lawsuit, concluding that the plaintiff, who did not oppose the motions, had failed to establish product identification as to the moving parties.

In a July 29 report and recommendation, U.S. Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware noted that the plaintiff had failed to respond to any of the motions filed by defendants.
