Asbestos Installer May Seek Indemnity from Premise Owner

CINCINNATI - A company sued for installing asbestos that allegedly caused workers at a Kentucky power plant to develop asbestos-related illnesses may be entitled to indemnity from the company that owned the facility, a federal appeals court has ruled. Garland, et al. v. Tennessee Valley Authority, et al., Nos. 02-5096/5097/5098/5216 (6th Cir.).
