Asbestos Installer May Seek Indemnity from Premise Owner

CINCINNATI - A company sued for installing asbestos that allegedly caused workers at a Kentucky power plant to develop asbestos-related illnesses may be entitled to indemnity from the company that owned the facility, a federal appeals court has ruled.
