1 TITLE: "Radical Surgery for Mesothelioma: How Can We Obtain Evidence"

SUMMARY: An article which examines the legacy of mesothelioma, left in the wake of asbestos exposures during the 1960s and 1970s. The piece, which primarily is concerned with the debate over whether radical surgery can prolong the life, and relieve the symptoms of mesothelioma, also notes that the disease is due to peak between 2015 and 2020. The article also explores how evidence for majory surgical operations has been gained and how mesothelioma fits into the history.
