State Supreme Court to Hear Appeal of Joinder Ruling in Asbestos Case

JACKSON, Miss. - A state Supreme Court has ruled that defendants in a 76-plaintiff asbestos cases may appeal a trial court's decision that acknowledged the unique circumstances surrounding the plaintiffs' claims, yet ruled that they could be joined for trial.
