JACKSON, Miss. - A state Supreme Court has ruled that defendants in a 76-plaintiff asbestos cases may appeal a trial court's decision that acknowledged the unique circumstances surrounding the plaintiffs' claims, yet ruled that they could be joined for trial. Amchem Products, Inc., et al. v. Rogers, et al., No. 2001-0019 (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
