Premises Defendant Appealing Decision That Relieved Brown & Root of Indemnification Duty




NEW ORLEANS - A premises defendant recently denied indemnification for asbestos liabilities under the terms of a 40-year-old, but now-voided, agreement with Brown & Root has appealed the decision to federal circuit court.
