SAN FRANCISCO - A California asbestos case filed by the family of an Iowa man whose only tie to California was that the ship upon which he was allegedly exposed to asbestos was once docked in San Francisco may stay in California Superior Court, an appeals court has ruled. Oster v. Borg-Warner Corporation, et al., No. A097569 (Calif. Ct. App., First Dist.)
