Summary Judgment Upheld for Lack of Exposure, Product Evidence

TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to a defendant sued by the widow of a former asbestos research worker who conceded that she didn't know whether her husband was ever exposed to the company's asbestos product during his employment.
