TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment to a defendant sued by the widow of a former asbestos research worker who conceded that she didn't know whether her husband was ever exposed to the company's asbestos product during his employment. Provini v. Asbestospray Corp., et al., No. A-1674-01T2 (N.J. Super. Ct., App. Div.).
