Court Reinstates Claims of Welder Who Identified AO Trademark on Asbestos Products

NEW YORK - A New York appeals court has reinstated a personal injury and wrongful death complaint against a former manufacturer of asbestos products after the defendant failed to show that its products were not being used residually in the marketplace even as recently as the 1980s and 1990s.
