NEW YORK - A New York appeals court has reinstated a personal injury and wrongful death complaint against a former manufacturer of asbestos products after the defendant failed to show that its products were not being used residually in the marketplace even as recently as the 1980s and 1990s. Taylor v. AC&S, Inc., et al., No. 320 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., First Dept.).
