TAMPA, Fla. –– Plaintiffs with asbestos cosmetic talcum powder claims pending in Florida state court against Johnson & Johnson have noticed the voluntary dismissal without prejudice as to Imerys Talc America Inc., according to recently filed documents.
In a May 31 notice filed in the Florida 13th Judicial Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, the plaintiffs filed the motion pursuant to Rule 1.420 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
