WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware magistrate judge has recommended granting an unopposed summary judgment motion, concluding that the plaintiff had not introduced evidence demonstrating a product nexus.

In a May 13 report and recommendation, U.S. Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware opined that “plaintiff has not introduced evidence that any naval service exposure to Nosroc products was a substantial factor in causing his injuries….”

Nosroc Corp. filed a motion for summary judgment; the plaintiff did not respond to the motion, the court noted.
