Plaintiffs File Class Action Against Claire’s Stores for Allegedly Asbestos-Tainted Make-Up Products

NEW YORK –– A class action complaint has been filed in New York federal court against Claire’s Stores Inc., saying the company had a duty to assure that their make-up products did not contain asbestos and to warn consumers that they did, in fact, contain asbestos.
