Federal Judge Denies Flintkote Motion for Summary Judgment in Asbestos Case




CHICAGO - A federal judge has determined that it's up to a jury to decide whether a former insulator's death was caused by his past exposure to products the manufacturer claims did not produce enough asbestos dust to cause the alleged harm. Flood v. Owens-Illinois and The Flintkote Company, No. 86-8947 (N.D. Ill.).
