GREENSBORO, N.C. –– Covil has filed post-trial motions in the wake of a $32.7 million asbestos verdict entered last month at the conclusion of a North Carolina trial, arguing that the plaintiff did not present sufficient evidence regarding Covil’s alleged failure to warn.
