PHILADELPHIA - A state appeals court has reversed an award of summary judgment to the manufacturer of an asbestos-containing blanket on grounds that the plaintiff's statements regarding the presence of the product at his former work site create an issue of fact for trial. Lewis v. Uniroyal, Inc., et al., No. 1836 EDA 2002 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
