Judgment Reversed in Argument over Asbestos Blanket Product ID

PHILADELPHIA - A state appeals court has reversed an award of summary judgment to the manufacturer of an asbestos-containing blanket on grounds that the plaintiff's statements regarding the presence of the product at his former work site create an issue of fact for trial.
