LOS ANGELES –– A Los Angeles jury has entered its third day of deliberations in a cosmetic talcum powder asbestos case, weighing whether Johnson & Johnson is liable for a woman’s development of mesothelioma.
Trial began in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County on Aug. 20; closing arguments started on Sept. 13, continuing through until Sept. 17. Jurors received the case one day later and have asked two questions during the course of deliberations.
