COLUMBIA, S.C. –– A new asbestos complaint has been filed in South Carolina state court alleging that a former insulator was exposed to a number of asbestos-containing products, including talcum powder ones manufactured by Johnson & Johnson.
In a complaint filed Aug. 30 in the South Carolina 5th Judicial Circuit Court of Common Pleas, the plaintiffs contended that it is the cumulative exposures that caused James Michael Hill to have been diagnosed with mesothelioma.
