CANTON, N.Y. –– Parties involved in an asbestos and asbestiform fiber/talc exposure lawsuit have reached a settlement agreement at the end of jury selection, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin.
The parties reached the settlement on March 15, the same day the New York Supreme Court, 4th Judicial District for St. Lawrence County jury was scheduled to hear oral arguments in the matter.
