Imerys Talc Indicates Intent to Appeal Order Denying Post-Trial Motions in $22 Million Asbestos Talc Verdict

SAN FRANCISCO –– Imerys Talc America has indicated its intent to contest a trial court order denying a post-trial motion it filed in the wake of a $22 million verdict, which the court found was supported by substantial evidence.

Imerys Talc America filed a notice of appeal on March 7, according to the California Superior Court for Alameda County’s online docket.
