PHILADELPHIA –– Whittaker, Clark & Daniels has filed a reply brief backing its motion for summary judgment in an asbestos talc case, maintaining that the exclusion of expert testimony by the court leaves the plaintiffs without admissible evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact.

The Dec. 11 reply brief was submitted in response to an opposition brief filed on Dec. 4 in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County in which the plaintiffs maintained that they had submitted ample evidence outlining the plaintiff’s repeated, regular exposure to talc in Cashmere Bouquet outside of the evidence proffered …
