PHILADELPHIA –– Whittaker, Clark & Daniels has moved for summary judgment in an asbestos talcum powder case, arguing that the plaintiffs have failed to satisfy the proximity, frequency, and regularity requirements.

In a Nov. 17 motion filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, the defendant argued that the plaintiff has not identified WCD as a supplier of talc to Colgate for us in the Cashmere Bouquet talc product at issue in the case.
