WILMINGTON, Del. –– BorgWarner’s motion for summary judgment in a secondary exposure asbestos case has been granted by a Delaware state court, which concluded that the plaintiff had failed to prove that the decedent was exposed to the defendant’s product.

In the Nov. 8 opinion, the Delaware Superior Court noted that the plaintiff was the only product identification witness in the case.
