1 TITLE: "Airborne Fiber Exposure Assessment of Dry Asbestos-Containing Gaskets and Packings Found in Intact Industrial and Maritime Fittings"

SUMMARY: An assessment of airborne asbestos fibers produced from asbestos-containing products as a result of activities representative of historical work practices. The activities were performed in conjunction with sampling to determine the 8-hour, time-weighted average for dust exposure from the fittings collected from decommissioned U.S. Navy destroyers.
