WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware state court has denied an asbestos plaintiff’s motion to reconsider an earlier order in which it awarded partial summary judgment to Georgia-Pacific, opining that the plaintiff had failed to present new evidence to support reconsideration.

In the Aug. 18 order, the Delaware Superior Court stood by its earlier decision that the defendant was entitled to summary judgment on pre-1973 claims.
