Shipyard Workers in Asbestos Medical Monitoring Class Action May Sue Employer, Executive Officers, Court Holds

GRETNA, La. - Employees at a Louisiana shipyard who are seeking medical monitoring stemming from their alleged exposure to asbestos have been given the green light to proceed with their case against their employer's executive officers.
