Ohio Court Awards Summary Judgment to Genuine Parts, Pneumo Abex in Asbestos Case; Claims Proceed Against Ford, Honeywell

CLEVELAND –– An Ohio federal court has granted motions for summary judgment filed by Genuine Parts Co. and Pneumo Abex LLC in an asbestos case, but permitted design defect claims to proceed against Ford Motor Co. and Honeywell International, opining in part that the plaintiffs had established use of those defendant’s products.
