Arizona Supreme Court Set to Weigh in on Whether Employer Owes Duty to Child of Former Employee in Take-Home Asbestos Exposure Suit

PHOENIX –– The Arizona Supreme Court is set to weigh in on whether an employer owes the child of an employee a duty of care in a take-home asbestos exposure suit, agreeing to examine whether lower courts were correct in rejecting such a duty.

The state high court granted the petition for review on Feb. 14, and later scheduled oral argument for April 25.
