Plaintiffs Cite Employer's Negative Press in Motion for Venue Change

TYLER, Texas - Plaintiffs in a Texas lawsuit have moved for a change of venue citing recent high-profile news reports about the site where they were allegedly exposed to silica and asbestos dust.
