N.Y. Appellate Division: PowerPoint Presentation Used During Asbestos Talc Trial Should be Included in Record

NEW YORK –– A New York appellate court has found that PowerPoint presentations used by plaintiffs’ counsel during closing arguments of an asbestos-containing talc trial should be included in the court record, given that the defendant timely objected to the content of the presentation.
