PITTSBURGH - A state court judge has awarded summary judgment to an Ohio power company following allegations that it was responsible for causing the mesothelioma-related death of a former insulator who claimed he was exposed to asbestos on the company's premises during the 1950s. Chenot v. A.P. Green Services, No. 99-12346 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Allegheny Cty.).
