WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware magistrate judge has recommended that summary judgments motions filed by Air & Liquid Systems and Georgia-Pacific be granted, opining that the plaintiffs had failed to present any evidence to refute the defense positions.

In the Aug. 12 report and recommendation, Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware noted that the plaintiffs had not opposed the motions.
