WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware magistrate judge has recommended that a federal court award summary judgment to Ingersoll Rand and Honeywell International, opining that the plaintiff had failed to present sufficient evidence to support his claims against the companies.

In the Aug. 9 report and recommendation, Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware further opined that the plaintiffs had failed to satisfy the required frequency, regularity, and proximity test.
