WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware federal court has adopted a report and recommendation in which a magistrate judge found that nine asbestos defendants were entitled to summary judgment, given that the plaintiffs had failed to sufficiently identify products manufactured by the companies and that parties cannot be held liable for products they did not manufacture or sell.
