Hamilton Materials Files Notice of Appeal to 9th Circuit

LOS ANGELES -- Hamilton Materials is appealing the dismissal of several of its claims stemming from the California wallboard and texturing company's contention that defendant Union Carbide misrepresented and concealed safety concerns when selling asbestos-containing products. Hamilton Materials v. Union Carbide, et al., No. 04-8389 (C.D. Calif.).

According to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California docket, Hamilton Materials filed a Notice of Appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on June 24.
