WILMINGTON, Del. –– A Delaware judge has recommended that six defendants named in an asbestos personal injury action be awarded summary judgment, opining that the plaintiffs had failed to show that a product for which the defendants were responsible was a substantial contributing factor in the injured party’s development of mesothelioma.
