Pa. Federal Court Enters $377,000 Judgment in Asbestos Case Against Crane Co.

PHILADELPHIA –– A Pennsylvania federal court has addressed motions to mold the verdict in an asbestos case in which jurors awarded just over $1 million to the plaintiffs, entering a judgment in the amount of $377,096.76 for plaintiff and against Crane Co.

In the June 15 order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied Crane Co.’s motion to mold the verdict and award, granted the plaintiff’s motion to do so in order to reflect a net verdict of $325,500 and granted the plaintiffs’ motion to delay damages in the amount of $51,596.73.
