Court Won't Reconsider Reversal of Verdict; Petition Filed with High Court

LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has rejected requests to reconsider its decision reversing a $21 million verdict, prompting the plaintiffs to file a petition for review in California's Supreme Court. Walton v. William Powell Co., No. B208214 (Calif. Ct. App., 2nd Dist., Div. 4).
