NEW YORK –– An amici brief has been filed in an ongoing asbestos dispute involving the issue of the quantification requirement for toxic tort cases –– as outlined in Parker –– with the group suggesting that the “correct scientific methodology” for linking latent diseases to distant exposures “must account for dose, not ignore it.”
