N.J. Jury Reaches Defense Verdict at Conclusion of Asbestos-Containing Cosmetic Talc Trial

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. –– A New Jersey jury has reached a defense verdict for two defendants named in an asbestos-related cosmetic talc exposure suit at the conclusion of a trial that was tried under New Jersey’s Products Liability Act, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.

The New Jersey Superior Court for Middlesex County jury reached the verdict on Nov. 2. Judge Ana C. Viscomi presided over the trial. Defendants Whittaker, Clark & Daniels and Shulton Inc. were remaining in the case at the time of the verdict, sources told HarrisMartin.
