Court Upholds Testimony Linking Asbestos Exposure, Lung and Bone Cancer

ALBANY, N.Y. - An appeals court has reversed a workers' compensation appeals court's decision to deny benefits to the widow of a former mechanic whose metastatic lung and bone cancer was linked to his exposure to asbestos.
