ALBANY, N.Y. - An appeals court has reversed a workers' compensation appeals court's decision to deny benefits to the widow of a former mechanic whose metastatic lung and bone cancer was linked to his exposure to asbestos. In the Matter of the Claim of Eileen O'Malley v. Consolidated Edison Company of New York, No. 91570 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., Third Dept.).
