Asbestos MDL Court Grants Motion to Reconsider, Will Allow Testimony of Plaintiff Experts

PHILADELPHIA –– The court overseeing the national coordinated asbestos products liability litigation docket has granted a plaintiff motion to reconsider the exclusion of expert testimony, now saying that the experts will be permitted to rely upon all of the previously disputed materials.

In the April 13 order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said that not allowing the testimony of the experts would result in injustice to the plaintiffs.
